The Pendragon's Challange sees the characters divide into two groups - Talieson, Catrin and Goronwy journey to the Otherworld to find the missing Treasures of the Britons, while Cade, Rhiann, Bedwyr and Hywel journey to Chester where Cade's uncle Penda is about to face off against King Oswin of Northumbria. There are plenty of surprises in store for our heroes and some unexpected twists that had me practically chewing through the pages wanting to find out how everything turns out. I really love this series - the characters are well-crafted, the story is brilliant - combining Celtic myth and Christianity andseamlessly into what can only be called a gem of a story. There is a hint of romance between two of the main characters - and you know I am a sucker for romance. I am now looking forward to the next exciting installment :)Product details

Sarah never fails to leave me waiting for more.
Another captivating book by Woodbury. The time period feels authentic, the characters are real and the action/reaction to the plot kept me glued to the book.
Love Sarah Woodbury and this series of hers is awesome

Loved the whole set.
I really enjoyed this book, as I have all of Sarah Woodbury's well-written novels. This series is especially interesting as it highlights the mysticism of ancient Wales and wraps it up in a great murder mystery.
I was quite disappointed in the presentation ... cutting a story into snippets and presenting it as multiple novellas, when each snippet was really a chapter in a book. The writing was good, the story interesting, but I felt cheated by the presentation. Sorry.
